    Default Managed Loans

What have people done with their Managed Loans claim?

What are you claiming back? How?

    Any success?

As it looks like my charges on the account are nearing the home turn I want to move on before this gravy train stops running!!!

If your charges have been converted to a managed loan you should (in theory) be able to reclaim the interesticon on the managed loan.

My husband is in the process of claiming against HSBCicon on the interest on his managed loan (made up entirely of charges)

It is now in the hands of their solicitors and we should hear something in the next couple of weeks.

I wonder if anyone can help with this. I have had 3 accounts with HSBCicon. The first was a current account which was suppossed to have all my d/d,s/o etc going out of it and my wages going into it. The second one was just for loan repayments and the third was a loan account.
HSBC decided that they wanted to get some money out of me and changed the system so that my wages went into the second account but any money went out of the first account, making me go overdrawn. I have now sent off the data protection letter and am awaiting a response for the second account.
Regarding the loan, what can i claim for? I checked my statement recently and one interesticon payment was over £80. Can i ask for that to be returned or is it one of the things that cant be claimed?
