Hi I sent Barclays a req asking for a signed copy of the credit agreement , this is what I have just recieved, whats the next course of action ?

Hi David,

You left your name showing on the letter from BC. Use the EDIT button to remove the document. We've seen plenty of the same.

If you read other threads here in the BC forum, you'll find other cases which were formerly Goldfish a/c's.

Are there any penalty charges or mis-sold PPI on the a/c which you can reclaim.
