Question How to tackle MBNA PPI reclaiming

Hi - just wondering if I could have some help please.

I have previously reclaimed my unfair charges from MBNAicon - however until I dug a bit deeper I had over looked the matter of PPIicon.

On the CCA - PPI is clearly not ticked - yet from the inception of the account PPI has been charged. Am I right in thinking that as the PPI was not agreed to / accepted - I should be able to reclaim. What reason would I be giving?

    Many Thanks

You should claim stating that at no time did you formally agree to PPI being added to your Account. If you did not agree and you have proof that you did not agree then you should claim back all the PPI you have been charged and also claim interesticon at 8% from the dates the PPI was taken up until you have a satisfactory settlement of your claim for mis-selling.

Please do not PM me for advice as it may be sometime before I can respond.

Keep at them. Do not give way and do not accept all they tell you, they will delay and stall for as long as they can to prevent repaying you your mis-sold PPI.
