Hello,

Aplogies if i have posted something dim .

I sent a letter approx 4 weeks ago requesting my bank charges to be refunded over last 4 years, i then received a letter from RBS icon

requesting my to complete a financial hardship form in order for them to pursue my query. My fiance icon

said that this is just a ploy so they can actually say we are in financial hardship instead of paying charges. Does this mean that they will not proceed with my case until i complete this or do i ignore it?

I also would like to add that i live in scotland, do i just sit tight and wait to hear from the bank now?

all reclaims are on hold until the court case is seetled with the OFT, the only way you would circumvent this hold is to plead hardship

I have been reading up and know that there is another case coming shortly, i just thought it would change with me being in scotland.

The hardship scheme is a con. Just folow the instructions here and start your claim. Don't hang around and don't trust the bank about anything
