    Hi AllyB,

Welcome to The Consumer Action Group.

All these chages your son has taken CAN be reclaimed. It's going to take some time, but it can be done. Have a read of the threads and links in my signiture to understand the process. The http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...tructions.html is a good place to start.

It is a good idea to open another account with a unrelated bank and have his credits paid in there. He can then, hopefully, keep that 'clean'.

I'll keep an eye on you, I'm in the same boat with my son !!!

Please help us to help you. Download the CAG tool bar for free HERE and use the search option for all your searches. CAG earns a few pennies every time !!!

Please don't rush, take time to read these:-
