    Question How do we start the process

    Hi to all, can anyone advise, my husband and myself have current accounts with the woolwich and also a joint account which over the years have had their share of charges...how far back can we claim and what is the first stage of the claim process , is it the data protection letter with the £10 payment please advise as i am not sure how to proceed...thankyou

    see the link below its actually in the HSBCicon forum but the letters and the process are the same.
    if you can, get your statements online. Why give them 40 days to earn profit on YOUR money.
