    Default template letter to fight fine!

    Does anyone have a templateicon letter i can send to fight my parking fineicon which has increased to 135!!! I did not think they are allowed to fine me as they didnt put anythin on my car to say i had been fined just sent me a letter!!

    What do i do? please help!

    if you never received the letter or pcnicon , its possible you can go to court and make a statuatory declaration before a magistrate and explain you never recieved any pcn or otherpaperwork and i believe it oges back to the initial penalty charge.

    Capital one 02-09-06 offer 383 refund to account.deal

    issued court claim for 189 16-10-06

    waitng for allocation nov21-11-06

    This is private parking control.

    Personally I would ignoreicon it until something solid came like a claim from the county courticon.

    It only needs one case to fall and their little [problem] id a dead duck.
