Statements arrived today 48 days after DPA letter. Quick calculation of charges - around £1800. I will set about the spread sheet tomorrow. I'm really determined now I know how much I have lost- once charged £30 for being £3 overdrawn!!
Hi, just sent the statments off on the 8th Aug 2006 they owe me £2031.42. This total is only over the last 2.5 years. Got a phone call saying that the statments will be sent to the relevent department of RBS. And the person on the phone says i should have a reply in the next couple of days. So will keep you posted on what happens next. Getting interesting now!!!!
