Sent a SAR request on 25th June authorising them to debit my account £10 for the charge statements
They took the money on the 29th
No statements
Called branch twice- still no statements
Got letter today dated 8 August - usual standard letter, but offered me £300 in Full and final settlemnt of ALL bank charge claims
So wrote back threatening them with court and the Info Commissioner- they probably dont want to tell me how much the 6 years of charges add up to- anyone else found this?
Email her and ask politely if she could look into it for you She will reply probably to say she has forwarded to the right department.
