    Default Help with reclaiming bank charges..

    Hey folks i hope u r all well...Probably going to post a question u have all seen many times before but i am in need of a answer that isnt so technical lol...For 2 months in a row now i have been charged for 2 informal overdrafticon requests...1st time was because sky took money out of my acct on the wrong day which left me £13 overdrawn and the bank charged me £21...The 2nd time was i bought a few bits from the local shop which unbeknown to me to left me 73p overdrawn which again they charged me the £21...I may like to point out that this acct is simply for my cb to be paid into and is only a small amount..How can i go about claiming these charges back? It may not be alot of money to some people but is to me especailly with 6 children and christmas coming up...I have contacted BANK OF IRELAND and they said i have to write to head office to reclaim but that my chances are slim!!! GREAT HELP!!! Can anybody help me????Many thanks xx
