    Default referral charges

Just about the start stage one, but can anyone tell me what Natwesticon's Referral Charges are, and can I include them in my claim? Some of them are up to £90 a month!

Never quite understood what "referral" was meant to be, but it's irrelevant.

It's simple: If you think that the charge applied is more than what it actually cost them, it's unlawful. (does not apply to ATM charges, or regular interesticon).
If it's unlawful, you ask for it back.

Apologies to people who I was in the process of helping, I may be gone some time.

Paid Referral is when they have paid out a DD/SO/Cheque and it has made you go overdrawn. They charge £30 for each one to a max of £90 in a month on the 6th working day of the following month.

Unpaid Referral is when they decline to pay a DD/SO/Cheque as it would have made you go overdrawn. They charge £38 for this immediately.

Both are charges and can be recovered so go for it!
