hiya,wel its been 3 weeks now since i sent my lba letter,ive heard bugga all,the only letter i did get was my FOB of letter,so ive done all the steps now,so is this where the fun begins,ie money claim,just carnt understand how sum people are gettin offers as soon as they send there first letters,oh n could sum1 just tell me,as my account stands im 200 pound overdrawn,is this goin make any diff,just been a bit worried as ive got put my hoilday money in the bank in a few weeks,n knowing my luck,they will prob just swipe it,thanks sarah x
As far as i know your overdraft is safe for the time being (maybe someone could confirm this), the bank cannot take it off you as the account is in dispute, when its all sorted they prolly will cancel you o/d but by that time you`ll have your winnings..err i mean charges returned
I dont mind at all, my court papers were served on the 9th August, the RBS have until the 26th to respond, so yet again i am playing the waiting game hehe
I did it the old fashioned way, i went down to the courts and handed it in, it was a friday when i did it, so they couldnt do anything til the monday, sorry, but in the whole should only take a few days to serve the papers.
oh rite,didnt think it wud av been that quick,i was just goin do it online next wek,just thought id giv them till then lol,then they r havin it,i hope u go on ok,i luv hearing people who av got there money bk,i just hope we av the same luck x
well waited well over the time limit with the bank,so just had a spare 30 pound in my bank to pay money claim,to start my small claims,could anyone tell me how long it takes for it to go to court and things start happening,got to say im bricking it a bit now ive started my claim,just hope i get somewhere with it!!!
could anyone help me,i started my claim with moneyclaim 11th sept,i recevied a letter stated the bank had 7days to comply,its now well over that,im just wondering if anyone could tell me what happens now,do i just leave it the moneyclaims hands now and wait thanks sarah x
