So as the prices went up and the pocket got empty i was telling myself it has to go. I started trying to find other ways of keeping my habit which included nasty packets of tobacco from unknown destinations. Then one day i said to myself whilst putting a rollie out "after this packet right here i will never buy another strand of tobacco". Two days later the empty packet went in the bin and my detox went underway.

It was very hard for me but i made sure there was always apples and chewing gum on the ready, gradually it got easier until that dreaded night when i decided to go to the pub and down a few. Bad idea i was soon at the designated smoking shed with a cig in my hand (although it was never actually bought i thought to myself). The next day tho i was back to normal asif that momentary relapse never happened, this went on for the next two times at the pub but then i decided that i was no longer going to go to the pub. I was already getting into brewing my own lager so thats what i do today, brew my own beer and drink in my own enviroment whilst playing on my newly purchased rockband the beatles for the xbox 360.

Its been roughly 4-5 months now and i will never go back, out with the old and in with the new.

I wish you all with the best of luck and one day you will do it too.

p.s This is my story of how i quit this time i will add that this was not the only time i tried. I have failed before this on many occasions but this is my longest and final time.
