Default What's The Next Step With CAA Request?

Put account into dispute early August after receiving the usual T & C's etc. and haven't made payments for September and October

Continued to add charges and interesticon and Novembers charges will push account into over limit status.

PITA phone callsicon despite letters to desist and still requesting 'True' copy of CAA.

Their latest response to my most recent letter is terse and brief and finishes with

''We are under no legal obligation to provide any further documentation to you in this regard''

So what now as I presume as soon as it goes 'over limit' they will/might/may issue a default notice.

I've already claimed back all charges apart from the most recent from Sept-Nov. so possibly any default notice will be invalidated by the addition of these charges on it.

Is there any answer to the 'It's in dispute-Oh,no it isn't' pantomime?

Another reminder to say the account is still in dispute.

    Hi MM,

If you read other threads here, you'll see there's been some success in getting sight of the credit agreement by complaining to the fosicon.

Tell them BC have refused to produce the agreementto which you are entitled, in response to your CCA request.

Can you please stick to one thread per case and use this one from now on.
