Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I was wondering if you could help me, I have requested a copy of my credit agreement with Argos Card, they provide me with a copy of my signed application form and their standard terms and conditions. I wrote back to them stating that they have not provided me with all the information and they confirmed that they have under The Consumer Credit (Cancellation Notices and Copies of Documents) Regulations 1983.
The application forms did not contain any information, such as credit limit, amount payment, APR or other information. What is my next step in relation to moving this forward.
I wouldn't recommend this route unless you are serious about getting legal should the need arise
