Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights

I have done all the relevant letters with request for a copy of my credit card agreement with Barclays. They have provided me with a general agreement, containing non of my information and a copy of the T & C's. This doesn't contain any information (credit limits, signature, interest rates).
I wrote to them again confirming that they have failed to comply with the obligations (template letter off here) and just states that they have discharged their obligqtions with this information provided. What is my next stage.
Read as many threads here as you can to see what happens with other similar cases.
I'd suggest you raise a complaint with the fos saying that BC will not supply a copy of your credit agreement in response to your CCA request and the required fee.
Confirm BC have only supplied general T&C's and have said they will send nothing more. Send copies of the relevant letters to the FOS.
If there are any penalty charges or mis-sold PPI on the a/c, read up on theses topics so you can reclaim them.
