Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

See the three dots? That means that this user has impressed and pleased people with his advice here. Point at it and you'll see an indicator of how useful that person is: for instance informative, highly informative etc.
A red dot there instead of green ones means that the person has been known to reccommend actions which the site admins feel were not appropriate, or to give bad advice. Two red dots means that you should treat that person's advice with extreme caution. I think you will figure out for yourself what three red dots means!!
A black dot, like mine, means that the user has disabled the reputation system... most of the "Site Helpers", Moderators and Admins have done this, because the status the site owners have given them should speak for itself...
