How long has it took people reclaiming off them to get a response, and have you all been successful?

Hi,I have found them prompt to deal with,after sending the first letter I got an acknowledgment about 2 weeks after,then 3 weeks after this(just last week) a letter telling me they are going to put me in a position as if I had never had the cc insurance,hav'nt got the settlement figure yet,but they said it would be paid in the next 4 weeks.
