this morning i was called att work by dfs, thje man said my sofas would arrive tomorrow and there must be sombody in all day to wait as they arnt sure what time they will arrive i said will it morning or afternoon he said after 8am before 9pm and then rudly put me on hold without another word, i waited after a short while he answered and i said is there no other day i can get them delivered as the house we are buying isnt ours yet, he said we can change the delivery place if it close, but there being delivered tomorrow thats it.
can they say stay in for 13hrs ???
Can they refuse change delivery date??
why are the being like this???
how do i store them somewere eles ??
