    Default sickness benefit.

    I am on the sick at the moment from work.Is the bank allowed to take my sickness benefit for bank charges?I put my sick money in last week.They took all of it for my bank charges.All together they charged me £105.charges in a week.

    Bumping your thread as I noticed you have no replies, from a personal point of view I think it is immoral that benefits are taken.
