    Default Advice needed for PPI claim plz

    Good evening everyone,
    I,ve been having great advice on another thread with BH taking me to court on my loan. My defence is in and now i,m waiting. Tend to panic so please bear with me.
    My whole defence will be mis sold insurance etc and have been advised by caggers to start a thread on here for help as have been turned down for my claim and i,m going to fight it with the advice i,ve had but now I need help getting together facts and figures etc etc. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...plz-court.html

    You may need to have a look round other PPIicon threads and see how others are approaching this situation spookey. As you might imagine, PPI mis selling has become as big an issue as bank charges.

    Do you have all your statements so you can itemise the ppi payments ?

    Hi everyone i,m back, lol well nearly ... think there is 5% left of me.
    I,ve buried my head in the sandicon as have far too much going on to cope with and have to reply to the court soon so thought better see what I should be doing. Have a feeling its too late or no point.... all the others that were having probs same time seem to have disappeared too???
