cant rem if ive asked this question before but can someone please point me in the right direction...Abbey have given me part payment and said the rest is on hold pending OFT outcome, i have said i am in fin hardship.....is there a letter which i can send asking for the whole amount back due to my situation which they have finally acknowledged?
You should be able to use the template and adapt it as necessary. If you're not sure how it looks, post a copy here before committing it to the (sealed up) letter box.
