Hi All. I am trying to get my Bank Charges from the Royal Bank of Scotland. I have sent my first letter which was forty days ago. I am just about to send my second letter as I have not had any reply from my first letter. They gave me a ring and asked me to come in and see them about my overdraft. I went in and they tried to talk me into taking out a loan to pay off my over draft so i would not get anymore bank charges. (How Crafty) no more bank charges to pay but interest on the loan.
I will keep you informed as to what happens after my second letter.
