I have to send in a statement of truth, with supporting documents, to the courts regarding my claim against non compliance of SARby Barclays. During the course of negotiations, Barclays have sent a couple of without prejudice
Letters containing monetary offers, to get me to drop the case. I am only interested in getting the information that I requested, and in my replies, I have not referred to the money aspect, other than to say I just wanted my costs covered.
My question is, can I give my replies to the without prejudiceletters to the court?
Alan
