Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Not sure about that, but it would be worth ringing your GP practice and ask the question.
There are NHS anti-smoking clinics all over the place. Your GP would be able to tell where the nearest one is.
I took a similar medication ZYBAN working in the same way with the same side effects.................. However it does work......I stopped smoking nearly a year ago and i had a 20/25 a day 35 year habit!!!
So if you really want to give up, are prepared for the side effects then go for it.If i can do it anyone can!!
I'm not sure why it does it, but giving up without it can cause the same non sleeping, vivid dreams problems.
I'm using Champix but my other half quit without. He is complaining of both symptoms too.
One thing I was told re the Champix (by my stop smoking Nurse), was to take the second dose at about 5pm not 8 or 9 as I was doing. This has helped a bit. I do find the side effects vary one day to the other though!
Please don't say I'm going through side effect hell for nothing sea-sidelady !
So far -16 days smoke free Have been taking Champix since 5th Oct, lots of side effects, some days OK, some not so! I will persevere though as I NEVER, NEVER, want to smoke again.
Not having such a good day today though, which, I guess is why I am here, reading the Champix thread!

Noooooo i'm not saying that.... I'm just saying my friends gave in.

That is the attitude you need. Keep thinking like that and there is no reason you can't do this.
I gave up almost 12 years ago now. I was a heavy smoker and stopped over night, but I still have that attitude. I never in a million years thought I could do it, but if you are determined, you can!!

You are doing so well. These crappy days will soon start getting less and less. (and I bet you smell nicer now too.... )
I used to list all the nicer things about not smoking that were important to me, and when I had a weak moment I just looked at that.
