Default Allocation questionnaire for store card reclaim

    Hi,

I am currently reclaiming charges, interesticon and PPIicon (that I did not request) on a store card.

It has got to the point where the store card company has issued a defence. I have now received an allocation questionnaire.

Can anyone give me advice on how to ensure that the aqicon is filled in correctly?

I am slightly nervous of filling the details in wrongly as this is a store card not bank charges.

Has anyone else had the same experience with store cards????

    Thanks

The rules are just the same.

Do I understand that you are claiming PPIicon by court action? Could you let me know exactly what your particulars of claim says

    Hi Bankfodder,

I am claiming for the charges and the interesticon that they added. I am also claiming the PPIicon insurance back as I never specified that I wanted PPI.

I haven't filled in the allocation questionnaireicon yet but I will state on the form that I never requested the PPI. I signed a form in the shop when I took out the card but never stipulated that I wanted PPI...

Bit nervous about the whole thing. They have filed a defence and now I have the allocation questionnaire to fill in. Yikes...

Do you mean what was on my original claim form? If so, I can put the details on here i presume?

Sorry but this tells me that you haven't been reading around the forum very much.
Sorry to be harball about this but you have to get yourself into a position where you understand the subject well enough to be in control of your litigation. Otherwise you will make unnecessary mistakes and hand unnecessary victories to the other side.

Please spend several days doing some hard reading and make notes if necessary. you'll be pleased that you did.

Hi Bankfodder, thanks for the advice. I have not been in this position before so I am looking at as much info as I can. Would you recommend any particular areas?

    Thanks

I have looked through the FAQs. As far as I can see, I do have a case. I do not see anything about PPIicon in the FAQs.
