Sent off my prelim to b/card recieved a letter today offering a partial refund ,the difference between the £12 recommended by the OFT and what they have actually charged is this all I can hope to retrieve now or am I entitled to a full refund?

Certainly not You are definitely still entitled to a full refund. Just say thanks very much, don't for heavens sake sign anything that says Full and final settlement, and then carry on with your claim
