Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Ok have nearly reached the offer stage from welscum on my own account, and My Daughter in law informs me she has had these parasites chasing her since 2002 for a 5 year secured loan of £6,000.00 and she still owes £5,870.00 after 7 years of paying, she had this loan with her first husband and they divorced soon after and then met my son, so thats the background.
She never told me about the loan or i would have been trying to do something for her sooner ( with a lot of help here )
So its a £6k loan over 60 months with PPI at £1,932.46 mortgage indemnity fee £660.00 Acceptance fee £215.00 Emergency home care £125.00 and health care £380.00 and as welcome have it makes a total of £9,312.46 at an apr of 30.8% rate of interest 1.85% per month at £258.26 per month now my problem with this is that these payments give a total of £15,495.60 but this is not on the agreement, there are no declarations of commision payments to the insurance brokers or to any other party. and when the insurances were needed were not available as always welcome have many reasons for paying any claims.
I did a CCA and they have sent the minimum but no details of the insurances such as policy documents terms and conditions etc, also none of the ussual screen shots like i recieved when I had my CCA back so any help will be greatly appreciated (post or andy lol) I will get the agreements and land registry documents posted asap.
Regards

Ant comments on the above would be much appreciated, I have noticed no total amount to be repaid in the agreement and no details of commision payments and the T&C's seem to be from a different document also the signatures at the bottom of the customer declaration are deffinateley not genuine but I have had to cover these to post the document.

Hi essexboy
do they hold details for secured loans as well thought it was only for car hp. but you are probably right knowing the relationship between them.

I Have Had Life Care, Health Care And All Sorts Of Care Care, So I Dont Believe This Makes A Diffference, But I Am Sure Someone With More Knowledege Will Correct Me.
Even If You Ring This Number No Policies No Help What Have You Got To Lose You Need To Know Who Supplies The Ins If You Need To Make A Claim

Are you saying that you think Welcome have forged your signature?
djwigster well its my daughter inlaws signature and as she never signed this document never actually seen it before, and the signature is significantly different from her normall signature, I can only assume something is wrong but I could not accuse anyone of forgery I could get cagbooted for that but I think you get the idea.
jdene
Well it wouldnt be the first time. Theyve been caught out before when people have been able to prove the forgery with forensic graphologists reports and the like...

they will try anything except honesty and fairplay, fortunately they always fail, I am going to offer them the chance to repay all insurances with interest and the statutory 8% which will clear the outstanding balance, when they refuse as they always do, to stupid to take the expedient route, then I will take them for secret commisions unlawfull charges, improperly executed agreement, and just request all money paid returned a nice clean credit file, and the missold insurances on top as a bonus.
