Default MBNA requesting driving licence or passport ID ?

Hi all...following recent SARicon request to MBNA I have received letter advising that they need another form of id (copy driving licence or passport bearing main cardholders signature) before they will send me the SARicon info. They have returned my SAR request letter and £10 cheque with this letter. Now I know that there is no requirement for a cca request to have a signature on it...does this also apply to SAR request ? Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks Ida...I suppose I can send copy of driving licence and disfigure my signatureicon in some way...I guess there is no point in worrying too much about them "lifting" my signature as they have had my signature many times on cheques/address changes etc. and so if they really wanted it for that purpose they would have done so already ! In their position I would always be worried that if I did something as dodgy as counterfeiting a signature to put on an agreement I would be really in the s--t if customer actually then produced their own copy of the original agreement which was different !
