i have been reading the messages about the unlawful charges how do you start this of and i have got 2 accounts with Natwest and one of them has got a charge that i havent paid yet but they said that they are going to take me to court if i dont pay it can you still ask for charges that you hevent paid like the current one i have now that is on the account and if they take it to court before i start to get it all back can i still ask for the charges back on the account i also have charges with Abbey national of £90 would i be able to get this back to and also i see that you can get charges back on credit cards how d you get them back to. and also i have had charges on all of my accounts so can you get all the charges back from all the banks involved.
