    Just been told that the address to send to is Barclaysicon main address in Leicester - not Head Office in London, or to any department.. this was confirmed both by Customer Complaints and Customer Services - and I said I was recording their telephone callicon to ensure they were directing me accordingly..

    As I previously posted, I sent mine off to the Machester address.

    I have now received a reply, so it did work.

    Remember to send your postal order for £10.00 and make it recorded delivery or they might just ignore the letter.
