    Angry Misold PPI Getting Hassle from Mckenzie Hall

    Hi all,
    Was wondering is somebody could help.

    I owe Black Horse Finance £1,800 which i have stopped paying as I beleive i was mis-sold the PPIicon on this account and am still awaiting Black Horse's Final Response.

    I have now had a letter from Mckenzie Hall debt collectorsicon threating me with court, bailifffs etc.. where do i stand with this matter.

    Write to McKenzie Hall, inform them the account is in disputeicon with Black Horse and that you are waiting for their respons, more or less tell them to back off. Then write to Black Horse and demand your final response.

    Remind Black Horse of the recent recommendations from the FSA regarding PPIicon complaints. Companies are urged to deal with PPI complaints In House, and not fast track them onto the fosicon.
