    Default la redoute/redcats

    can someone please give me a link to a template letter??

    la redoute sent the weirdest piece of paper when i ask for the CCA.

    it was completely blank, nothing on it at all. no name, date, signatureicon, account number.nothing whatsoever was filled in.

    so i need now to write and tell them that the CCA as it is makes it unenforceable in my view.

    but dont know what to say and how to say it.
