I have a default with HFO services, It was originally from Barclal Card but the debt was sold on. This has now been repaid in full and shows up as satisfied. I was wondering if anyone has had any dealings with them as I would like to get it removed would it be a good idea to call them kindly asking them to remove it or go down the CCA route.
