Default Egg Card, Unenforceable or not?? Advice would be greatly appreciated

    Hi there,

This is my first time using this forum but i have been recommended by a friend who has only positive things to say.

If anyone has any advice they could give me regarding my contract with Eggicon card in 2002. Is this unenforceable? I am really not very clued up when it comes to these matters and i am hoping to learn a thing or two

I am attaching my contract. I also have pages and pages of terms and conditionsicon, i have not uploaded them but i can if there is anyone kind enough to look at these for me. For now i will just upload the 2 pages.

Thank you anyone who is able to shed some light in my direction. xxx
