2nd August received letter from Steve Bailey, Head of Customer Advocate Office..
Stated "charges are fair", "in Terms", etc.. Also, returned £10 and gave list of charges applied to accounts. Also returned S.A.R - (Subject access request) letter saying if want a full SAR then complete attached form and send £10 again.
Also offered £100 as "goodwill" payment to account.
Claim Sent: 7th August - wrote saying accept £100 as part payment but by cheque - full claim for total of £686.89
9th August - cheque for £100 received
UPDATE: Read someone else's post on this.. managed to find last 2 years statements and checked their list - found 2 £25 charges they had "missed" - so emailed and wrote - sending back cheque and full SAR request.
