Thread: Egg/DLC

I have been dealing with DLC since May this year when Egg passed my a/c (Egg Card) to them having failed to get them to engage in any agreement to reduce payments. I CCA'd them and I believe my agreement (2003) to be flawed! Haven't raised this yet then a couple of weeks ago DLC wrote to say they are passing my a/c back to Egg. Haven't heard anything. Anybody any experience of this and if so, what can I expect next?
