Has it been established yet whether the use of the wrong address on the 'copy' of the cca that Egg icon

sends out is enough to put the account into dispute?

I have been sent one of what has been described as the suspicioulsy good egg cca in response to my reuqest; it is good but it does allege that I signed an agreement with an address they did not occupy until a significantly later date.

Could someone give me an outline, or roughly where to look for a letter.

This may sound petty, but they have made my life, and my families life a misery with their constsnt phoning, even after several harasment letters. Police and Trading standard did nothing, and I won't get to hear from the FSA until next year!!

The law goes back to the days of quill pens and clerk transcribers. The "copy" needs to be truthful in reflecting the agreement, but not exact like in the days of photocopiers. The real original only needs to be produced in court.

It is up to you to expend time reading up on this if you wish.
