Hi.. Just a quick question.. Received a letter today stating that I was successful claiming £75 of charges back however to my annoyance I’ve managed to receive another two charges totalling £50. Should I start the process all over again or just write back to the sender of the letter. Thanks
You could try writing back to the letter writer and say that if they refund these two charges to your account you'll consider the matter closed - if a no then yes start the whole process over again. Just make sure you only settle on the charges claimed not on any future charges.
