Utility Co. Doing Random Check
Hi
I got an alert on Experian last Friday with the fact my gas/electric supplier has done a credit check on me....well considering I have been with them over 3 years and my account is actually in credit...can they perform this search without my permission?
Reason I ask as I believe more than 2 searches in 6 months can be of detriment to your credit score.
