Thread: CCJ On Equifax But not other 2 ? Involves dreaded lowell !

Hi Guys ,

I've always come to these forums when i've needed help and never needed to post as the answers have always been here but this time is different ...!

I'll try to keep it short

I am looking to rent a house so checked my credit score as i was a bit naughty when i was younger . Callcredit and experian both give me a score of over 600 and no CCJ's , equifax on the other hand gives me a score of 200 and a CCJ that by looking at the amount owed i can only relate to a debt that lowell portfolio were chasing me for . I went through the process of sending the letters i found on these forums off to them and they quit chasing me .

The CCJ according to equifax was issued June 2006 , the debt is from 2002 and lowell was chasing me earlier this year .

How could only equifax show me as having a CCJ ?

Any ideas ?

cheers guys . The CCJ was from Lloyds bank . Never had any paperwork issued to me or knew nothing about it . But i did move about a bit when i was younger .

Where Lloyds informed when you were moving about?

Did you owe the money to Lloyds?
