    Would anyone know who the top man at Lloydsicon TSB is and an address I wish to complain about the service on my Business Account and go straight to the top.

    Don't bother. They won't take any notice. If you have a serious demonstrable issue with their service (and who doesn't!) then consider a short complaint and then an action for breach of contract.
    This will make them take notice

    Hi ltc

    I sent a letter to ltsbicon CEO Eric Daniels at the registered office address 25 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7HN and specifically asked for a personal reply from the man himself.

    Instead I received a reply back from the Senior Officer of Credit Operations, Customer Service Recovery, Hove basically ignoring the points I had raised in my letter.

    You can give it a try, but as BankFodder says, it really isn't worth it
