Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition, they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to have happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI Insurance has been sorted. Now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.

Re: Is this MINT CREDIT AGREEMENT UNENFORCEABLE???
You might want to check your terms and conditions. You should find that the agreement you have posted is a 'Credit Agreement Regulated blah blah' but the T&C's will be headed 'Credit Card Agreement Regulated blah blah'.
In essence the bank is trying to govern one form of credit with compulsory prescribed terms such as Total Amount Payable for example (impossible on running credit to ever calculate) with T&C's relating to an entirely different set of credit with different prescribed terms.
I don't believe it's possible to mix and match as the requirements for each type of credit are very different. I've been asking for clarification of this same issue with the bank for nearly a year now and they refuse to comment.
