me toolol, what i actually did yesterday was i had a day off so I sat here for about 5 hours and copied and pasted everything from this site that was revelant to my case into a word document, printed it off and popped it into a folder, I find it much easier to read something on paper rather than on a screen, funny how everything clicked straight away that way - also there was about 50 pages when i had done lol of case notes, guidance notes etc, my husband thought i was sad when i couldnt put it down at 10pm last night - like a good novel it was lol!!! At least though its easy reference!!
Anyways good luck - will keep an eye on your progress!

Got a letter from the Halifax yesterday dated 28th Sept stating that due to the unrecoverable cost they would incur defending my claim they are willing to pay my full claim including costs and interest making a grand total of £1529.46 within the next 5 working days!! This is of course without admitting liability - who cares as long as I get my money!!
I can't beleive how quickly they have responded!!
Thank you so much to everyone that helps keep this site going and for everyone's advice, I am currently on maternity leave at the moment so this money is going to come in very handy!! Rest assured I will be making a donation as soo as the money is in my account xx

Re: Cheeky Monkey V Halifax ***another Halifax Winner ***
Hiya,
I'm a good few months behind you guys but I am now in the process of sending my lba to Halifax with my Schedule of Charges but I'm a little confused about the interest part because it doesn't show on my statements how much interest I'm being charged for my authorised O/D - they used to have a line that said 'next months interest will be £5' but that only lasted for a few months and then stopped. Does this mean I haven't been charged interest for my O/D or do they take it in a covert way??
Please help, i'm really baffed - apologies in advance if I'm just being stupid!!
