    Default credit reference agencys

    hi all

    just got my file back from Experian, and I'm a little puzzled ???

    I have a large(ish) loan from MBNAicon, which when I became unemployed the insurance was paying out. Since then I have renegotiated the repayments.

    This whole history is NOT on the report...?? NO loan NO missed payments zilch

    A previous loan from MBNA was but not the current one which is about 3 years old

    I'm confused (but a bit happy too)

    it might be on another credit file, i notice when I got my credit report that some of the debts I had with one didnt show up on another, ie it was equifax not experian

    Capital One 1 - Prelim sent 28/8/06 £916

    i think that there are 3 credit agencys.

    i defo wouldnt complain!!, i am having my loan paid by the insurance and when i looked on my credit report recently all i have against it is defaults.

    22/7 LETTER SENT REQUESTING THEM TO REFUND CHARGES
    15/7 STATEMENTS RECEIVED (ALL 6 YEARS WORTH)
    20/7 CLAIM ISSUES IN OLDHAM COUNTY COURT.
    8/8 CLAIM ACKNOWLEDGED GIVING THEM TILL 21/8.......
    SETTLED IN FULL!!!!!!!

    16/6 Data Protection Act SENT OFF

    5/8 t mobile have failed to comply with the Data Protection Act/S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) reques ....BRING IT ON BABY!!
    7/8 LBE SENT GIVING THEM 7 DAYS TO COUGH UP MY CASH
    7/9 FULL REFUND BEEN SENT!!
