My friend has a car on Finance which he got in 2008. He has been made redundent and rather than give the car back he wants to pay off his finance and keep the car.
Is there a template letter which he can use to send to the finance company as one of his friend has said that if you do this the finance comapny will reduce the amount and hence you will save a few ££.
Can someone please give some advice on this and will the finance reduce the total amount or not and also could someone please point me in the direction of a letter template to send.
