Hi

I have finally received docs through on this (asked back in March!).

Can some one please have a look at the agreement/ docs they sent and see if they are drawn up correctly?

Also how can i go about getting my PPI icon

back?

I have 14 days to reply so need to figure out how to respond to this asap:-|

Thanks Elsa for the info above, also thank you both for bumping this......am having similar problems getting a response on my Welcome thread too - even through my direct PM's just not getting any response at all

............. this site is fantastic though and has been such an eye opener for me, the advice and support it gives is fantastic.

I do think that the agreement is unenforceable though, but i have only come to that conclusion on looking through another members thread. The contracts look very similar, same year and only a month apart so i think whatever made their's uneforceable would also apply to mine......would be good to get somebody "in the know" just to confirm this though.

Undercover Elsa has asked me to pop in.

I think you probably got lost in the debt collection icon

Industry where you would possibly have received more assistance in the PPI icon

section. So I will move you there, have also amended your title to reflect the issues.

First of all, why do you only have 14 days to respond.. to what, to whom ?

PPI can be mis sold for many reasons,

Health issues known at the time
mandatory inclusion
not asked for
self employed

In what way do you suspect yours has been mis sold.

I will just go and find some information for you and try and find someone who will be able to look at the contract for you as well.
