Mr W mentioned hotels on other thread - reminded me to check that there wasn't a big concert or anything on that would affect hotel availability, but have had a look on laterooms.com and we'll be fine for that night.

If U were to alter your 'provisional' date to either the w/e of 13/11 or 20/11 U may get at least another half a dozen or so attendees.

...It's a long walk or an expensive journey too close to Xmas otherwise gals.

I'm less than an hour away from Leeds (and my son lives there). I'd love to come but it's my birthday on the 4th and I'll be in the Lake District.

I'm easy, maybe Friday 20th then?

That's certainly approx halfway between Bonfire Night + Xmas Mm.

well we have one person that cant make the 20th and one person who cant make the 13th what about the 6th? or is that too close to bonfire night or the 27th
