    Default Sainsburys C/Card

    I've been going through the motions with RBSicon over my Sainsburys Bank visa Card.

    So far they have been pretty un-responsive, and I have today got a reply to my lbaicon letter saying they are looking into it and they have 4 weeks to respond to it within the FSA regulations.

    However, I am going to file online on thursday (as I told them).

    I have a name and number at their end- is it worth giving them a call to see what they will offer? (by the way, its not a huge sum, only £295)

    RBS - Claim Started 28-July-06 - Defence recieved 02-Aug-06 - Allocation questionaire sent 04-Aug-06 - Allocation/case management Hearing 20-Oct 06, 12.30pm - £5868.66 "SETTLED IN FULL"

    B&Q costs incurred for late delivery - £350 refunded 15/12/06 as interim payment, further £150 to get.
    2nd RBS account - £1813 and rising. 1st letter sent 08.12.06
