i have a car loan with bct which i have got the last payment to make this month (see my thread on taking on bct and winning:grin.there are charges on this account,PPI which i believe i was missold because-: A, i was self employed,b was told that i would not get the loan if i didn't take ppi out, B,late payment and letter charges,C,gap insurance. These total £3667 without interest which is at the rate they charged me 34.7%. yes i was in debt when i took car loan out but i needed car for work. what i need to know is that can i claim back any of these monies ppi, £2318, late payment and letter charges £1127, gap insurance,£320 thanks in advance for any info. genesis01
sent letter to bct' reply was that as carcraft sold the car to me they were responsible for the PPI so claim of them,, but the loan was with bct,who do i claim the ppi from bct or carcraft?
